CNR – RUMORE DI FONDO

In collaboration with CNR, we produced the video Il Rumore di Fondo, winner of the Aretè Award for Public Communication. This important recognition highlights our commitment to promoting gender equality and parity between men and women.
The project, conceived by Ilaria Di Tullio (Gender Equality Officer) and Francesca Zedda (Spokesperson for the President of CNR), was produced in collaboration with Dalila Ceccarelli and addresses the issue of gender bias, with a particular focus on recruitment processes. The video is part of the Gender Equality Plan 2022-2024 and the CNR’s Reorganization and Relaunch Plan.
